This company is first class.Great price on two doors. I received my quote on the day that I first contacted them. Very... knowledgeable about the various products on the market and I took his advice and bought the BND doors. Other quotes were not sure if I would have them in time for Christmas but these only took a couple of weeks to arrive. The installation was efficient with great care was taken to ensure that I was happy with the product. Sam, the installer, is the company owner’s son and he certainly knows his job and is an absolute asset to his Father who has been in the business for over 40 years. Both Greg and Sam are professionals who go the extra mile which can be a rarity in this day and age. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Awesome!read more

Contacted the company by email, as I wanted to use local trades close to our home for a garage door service. Waited 2... weeks for a response. Nothing forthcoming, I then called and we spoke, said they didn't receive an email, however were busy and would call with a time for the service to occur. Waited another 2 weeks and still no response. I text to find out what was happening, no response to the text either. So therefore wasting my time - I called Steel Line Garage Doors in Newcastle and they could not have been more obliging. They called at the set time and complete the service today with absolutely no fuss at all. I really cannot understand why the job was not wanted. Anyway all complete by the other provider.read more

If I could rate these guys more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!Sam was nothing short of amazing. His... professionalism, efficiency and extremely quick turn around from my initial call for help to completing repairs on my garage door was phenomenal.He went above and beyond to make sure my repairs were done in record time and also thoroughly explained how to maintain the upkeep of my door to ensure things are in tip top shape and working efficiently.I made numerous calls to other local businesses only to be give the run around or vague answers to when they could come out and was not given even close to the high level of service I received from these guys. Absolutely professional, reliable, clean and friendly. Great customer service!!! I contacted 4 garage door businesses... around the central coast as my husband's garage door stopped working.
